SHIPPING POLICIES
For deliveries within Germany and other EU countries and Luxembourg, Denmark, Bulgaria, the United States of America, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description in the offer:
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
2. Payment via PayPal
3. Cash on collection
In the case of self-collection, we will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection in our office in Engelskirchen. Of course, no shipping costs will be charged in this case. After making an appointment, you can pick up the goods at the following address:

B. Delivery
We only deliver within Germany and EU countries, Switzerland, United States of America, Luxembourg, Denmark, Bulgaria inclusive. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL.
C. Shipping costs
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 for shipping costs per order. For shipping to the EU, we charge shipping costs from 15.90 euros. For Switzerland and non-EU we charge shipping costs from 18.90 euros
From a gross order value of 60 euros, we ship free of charge within Germany.
D. Delivery times
Your order will of course be processed by us immediately upon receipt. In the case of standard shipping, delivery takes place within approx. 3 - 5 working days in Germany, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description in the offer. When abroad, please allow 5 to 10 working days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If an article is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. We will be happy to inform you whether we can keep the appointment.
Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following stipulation, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity: A. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we will have you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one we offer, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. General information 1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit. 2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward, if possible. 3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
